The cuvée that gives the estate its name. A spiced nose with light notes of peppermint. Black fruit on the palate, melted tannins, a long finish. Serve with a fine rib of beef and soft potatoes, or a lightly truffled dish.

A Burgundian inspiration for this elegant single-plot cuvée. Subtle notes of blood orange and fresh fruit, plenty of freshness and minerality. A perfect match for fine poultry or refined Asian cooking.
